RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Elefad, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality luxury products. We take great care in ensuring that all our products are packaged and shipped to you in the best condition possible.
We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, things may not go as planned. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it for you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must be accompanied by the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and stickers.
